The easy check-in along with the always accommodating staff. Room appropriate and modest, bed comfy. Impressive location to victoria albert museum. The beach nearby was pristine and the view was magic!

The whole experience was really enjoyable, nothing too much trouble, recommend. The staff were happy to help with any inquires and was knowledgeable. There also was overnight parking and very clean pool. Cool drinks, reliable wifi were a nice surprise;))

the property overall was fairly clean and lovely quiet, had beautiful staff and location.
-
It was very clean, everyone was loyal. Appreciated the double room we had.
-
The bathroom was clean and also close to underground, market and pharmacy

This hotel was nice base for exploring London, really enjoyed it. Coffee maker and a fridge worked well. The location was stunning and amazing.
-
The hotel was clean and free Wi-Fi)))) Excellent location, near transport easy and also everything you need close by

The only think I liked was the location. Close to the Earls Court underground station.
Honestly I have never stayed in such an unfriendly place as this one. The staff was not talking to guests unless pushed to. Every guessed is concidered as potential thief. Very unhelpful. Reception staff was watching TV while I was waiting for answers to my questions. If asked for extra service totally unflexible. Very tiny place for breakfast so no enough place to sit down in the morning. Breakfast offer - absolute minimum. Horrible bathroom. No comments. I will never stay there again and for sure do not recommend.

We did sightseeing in London. The location was great because it was near the tube. The staff, especially Fabio, at the front desk, was very helpful. I was very happy to have a room in the front on the first floor.
-
Location is excellent, room was adequately large with clean and functional bathroom and huge windows. At 55GBP/night I would definitely consider it good value for a London property.
Perhaps the hotel is a little rough around the edges, the carpeting would need replacement etc. Breakfast rather meager.

I like the ensuite room, the view of old houses was amazing. The hotel was very close to the tube which was ideal for us to go straight to work from along time travelling. We booked at such short notice and it was great we were able to get a room at reasonable price.

We stayed for one night . The room is good. Bed is clean. Bathroom is big and clean too. Staff is flexible to manage our demands. Close to the Earls Court station too. Overall it meet our needs very well .
There r a few lights unable to turn on. Bathroom light is unable to turn off.

I liked the location of this hotel and the fact that it was good value for the money. The staff, especially reception, were helpful and professional.
Many of the rooms are very small, hardly enough room for two people to move in. Also, the bathrooms. We were lucky to have the shower in a separate room, but I know that is not the way all rooms are set up. Breakfast provided was fine, but it seems that a large space is needed for the restaurant. It is always very crowded and very hot.

I really liked the location of the Oxford Hotel. tucked away in a quiet street just of of Old Brompton road, I came to find out the neighborhood of Kensington was really cool. There were restaraunts, cafe's, shopping, etc. not to mention the proximity to Chelsea. If you wanted to go to London town, the tube is literally less than 2 blocks away at Earl's court station. Also my room was on the top floor and looked out onto the quiet neighborhood of white fronted town houses. I enjoyed my stay very much, and I got it at such a low price I'm a bit embarrassed to mention. Let's just say I could have stayed in a hostel in central London with no private bathroom, and no bed linens for the same price I paid to stay at the Oxford Hotel. I highly reccomend this hotel.
the shower head fell off, while I was showering.

Location
There was rubbish still in the room from the previous guests so was obviously not cleaned properly therefore I did not sleep in the sheets, rather I slept on the bed. The shower head was blocked with very little water coming out. As I had a shower late I did not bother to ask for a different room.
